SAS AirCare Launches HVAC Platform – Acquires Legacy Brand, Austin Air Conditioning – in Multi-Million-Dollar Deal.
AUSTIN, TEXAS-- SAS AirCare (“SAS”), a fast-growing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical platform, has acquired Austin Air Conditioning Inc. (“Austin Air Conditioning”) in a multi-million-dollar deal. This flagship asset represents the first investment in the HVAC industry by SAS, which will now strategically partner with – and grow – other leading HVAC companies across The Sun Belt region of the United States.
Austin Air Conditioning joins the team
Founded 33 years ago, Austin Air Conditioning is widely recognized as one of Central Texas’ premier HVAC service providers. Its large team of highly skilled professionals now join SAS, along with co-sellers Chris Henderson and Phillip Leach, who both come onboard in Senior Regional Leadership positions. “This business has been in our family for decades, so it was paramount to partner with a group who we not only trusted, but who knew what they were doing,” said Chris Henderson, whose father, Robert, founded Austin Air Conditioning. “I chose SAS because it’s a true feeling of partnership.
