  • Eric Davidofsky

    Interim Chief Executive Officer

    Eric has spent his 25+ year career operating in both public and privately-owned companies across multiple home-services industries, including HVAC, plumbing, pest control, landscaping, lawn care, and termite control. Prior to joining Storr Group as an Operating Advisor, Eric served as the President and CEO of Stan’s Heating and Cooling, the current largest HVAC and plumbing company in Austin, Texas. Before that, he served as the CEO of Church Services, a Texas-based HVAC and plumbing company. And previous to that role, he served as COO of TruGreen Lawncare.

  • Bruce Wren

    Chief Operating Officer

    Bruce Wren is the Chief Operating Officer of SAS AirCare. Previously, he had an illustrious 30+ year career at Terminix, a premier public home-services company. He began his career as a field employee – ultimately rising to an operations’ leadership role and managing a multi-state division (including Texas), with a $500+ million revenue P&L. He also led a team of 1,800+ field employees across 80+ branches. Bruce has spent the majority of his career in Texas, making him highly knowledgeable in SAS’ most important market. As a Texas resident, he is perfectly situated to spend the vast majority of his time in SAS’ acquired branches – building culture and driving operational efficiency from the ground up.

  • Brian Schmitt

    Brian Schmitt

    Chief Financial Officer

    Brian is the Chief Financial Officer of SAS AirCare. Prior to joining the team, he spent four years as the CFO of Auxly, a consumer goods company based in Canada. Previously, Brian was the CFO of EnerCare Inc., a Canadian HVAC company, for more than 10 years. In this role, Brian was instrumental in scaling EnerCare from a $100 million company to a $5+ billion company. As CFO, Brian played a pivotal role in M&A transaction volume in excess of $5 billion, participating in all aspects from due diligence to integration. Brian has experience in scaling a platform and managing and integrating conflicting cultures, as he helped scale his prior organization from 10 employees to 3,000+ employees over a short period of time. Brian holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Commerce in Administrative and Commercial Studies from Western University.

    Chris Henderson

    Sales and Technical Director

    SAS recently closed on its first hub asset, Austin Air Conditioning Inc., which is a 30+ year legacy house-hold brand based in Austin, Texas. As part of this transaction, Chris Henderson, the Seller, rolled over substantial equity, and elevated into the role of Sales and Technical Director with SAS. He brings more than 30 years of HVAC expertise and industry relationships to the team and will also be an active contributor to SAS’ Business Development efforts.

  • Samantha Celio

    Samantha Celio

    Senior Marketing Manager

    Prior to joining SAS, Samantha spent 4+ years at Sila Services, a Morgan Stanley-backed HVAC service platform generating $500+ million of revenue. At Sila, Samantha progressed from a Marketing Coordinator to a Regional Marketing Manager in under 3 years. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ursinus College.

  • David Mendenhall

    David Mendenhall

    Controller

    Before joining SAS AirCare, David spent 1+ years as CFO at Apple Moving, a moving company located in Austin, Texas. Prior to that, David spent 8+ years as the Controller of United Steel Supply, a steel distributor. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University.

  • Chadwick Davies

    Chadwick Davies

    Integration Manager

    Prior to joining SAS, Chadwick spent 3+ years as a Corporate / M&A Attorney at Clayton Utz, a top law firm in Melbourne, Australia, where he played a key role in executing $2 million to $500+ million contracts. Chadwick has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a J.D. from the University of Melbourne.

  • Matt Lenz

    Matt Lenz

    VP – Corporate Development

    Matt has six years of experience in M&A, structuring and corporate finance. Prior to being deployed into Storr Platform II, SAS AirCare, to run Corporate Development, Matt led Corporate Development at Storr Platform I, SPS PoolCare. Prior to his role at SPS PoolCare, Matt was on the Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure team at Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS). Prior to TRS, Matt worked on the credit investing team at H.I.G. WhiteHorse as an industry generalist. Prior to WhiteHorse, Matt began his career as a restructuring and corporate finance consultant at FTI Consulting. Matt graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He is a CFA charterholder.

    Anne Fielding

    VP – Integration

    Anne has over 20-years’ experience in high-growth companies across multiple industries. Prior to leading SPS’s integration department, she held the titles of Director of Finance Operations at Pathway Vet Alliance, Director of Finance at Thrive Affordable Vet Care, and Director of Finance and Operations at GTS Technology Solutions. Over her illustrious career, Anne has compiled a proud history of taking companies from formation to multi-billion-dollar market-leaders. Anne received a BBA in Accounting, with Honors, from Texas State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

  • Caitlin Hawkins

    Caitlin Hawkins

    VP - General Counsel

    Caitlin has 10 years of experience leading M&A deals, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and advising on corporate legal matters. Prior to joining SPS PoolCare, Caitlin served as corporate secretary and on the in-house legal counsel team at Hennessy Advisors, Inc. Before that, she spent five years at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where she represented numerous private-equity-backed, public, and start-up companies undertaking transformational acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and partnerships. Caitlin has a JD from Duke Law School. She is admitted to the Texas bar.

  • Fraser Ramseyer

    Fraser Ramseyer

    Chairman

    Fraser focuses on driving strategy, execution, and cultivating/managing best-in-class leadership teams to effectively execute investment mandates. Before founding Storr Group and SPS PoolCare, Fraser was the Director of Corporate Development at Pathway Vet Alliance, a multi-billion-dollar North American animal healthcare business – with 450+ hospitals nationwide. As a pioneering employee, he played a key role in the rapid growth of the business – driving M&A through origination and execution, as well as running key strategic initiatives, and a multi-site arm of the business. Fraser holds a B.A. of International Business Management, Summa Cum Laude, Aberdeen Business School, RGU, Scotland, and Bogaziçi University, Istanbul, and is a dual-citizen of the U.K. and the U.S.A.

  • Lucas Dorrell

    Lucas Dorrell

    Board Member and Business Development

    Lucas focuses on driving superior origination across platforms – leading more than 50 acquisitions in two years at Storr Group’s Platform I, SPS PoolCare. Previously, he was the Chief Development Officer at Rollingwood Assets, the Family Office of Stonepeak – a NYC-based private investment firm with $71.2bn of capital under management. He has more than 10 years of leadership and investment experience, holding senior management roles in both the US and his home country of Australia. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Communications – with Distinction – from Charles Sturt University, NSW, and studied a Bachelor of Mathematics and Finance at the University of Technology, Sydney.
